Graeme has more than 15 years of experience in Casting and Development for television in Australia. He has been responsible for casting a vast array of successful experts, hosts, subjects and contestants for some of the biggest shows on Australian television – including programs such as Masterchef Australia, Biggest Loser, Big Brother, Grand Designs, The Great Australian Bake Off, Wife Swap Australia and The Amazing Race plus many more.
Graeme’s passion is to find a unique perspective through fresh personalities and to bring their engaging stories to the screen. To uncover the unforgettable and the authentic. He has done that through his work in Development for broadcasters (ABC, Nine Network, Network Ten, Seven Network, Foxtel, ITV, Dave /UKTV) and production companies (Shine Endemol, Screentime/Banijay, Popkorn Productions, Fremantle, WTFN).
A highly accomplished creative visionary with a strong commercial focus, Graeme previously spent over a decade in Advertising – overseeing the Creative Services, Production and Operations of agencies such as J Walter Thompson, George Patterson Bates and the 360 Group.
Graeme is happiest rifling through an antique store, seeing live music and cooking for friends and family. Graeme is also Senior Vice President for the mighty Pennant Hills Demons Junior AFL Club and every Sunday through winter you will find him manning the siren on the ground!
